We are used to having a bi-vocational pastor as the $10,000 a year salary that we can offer does not afford us a full-time pastor. We provide a three-bedroom house if desired. DIRECTOR FOR DOCTOR OF MINISTRY PROGRAM. Logsdon Seminary of Hardin-Simmons University is seeking a Director for its Doctor of Ministry program, a tenure-track faculty position. The Director, who will be located at Logsdon’s campus in San Antonio, TX, will have responsibility for administering all aspects of the DMin program, recruiting DMin students, and teaching selected seminars. The Director must have experience in pastoral ministry and academic teaching, hold a doctoral degree, and be a Baptist.
