DANVILLE, Va.—For the first time, Averett University in Danville, Va., will be a site for one of Passport’s youth summer camps with three July sessions.
Passport is a Birmingham, Ala.-based camp program with ties to the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
Other Passport camps to be held in the Mid-Atlantic are at Wingate University in Wingate, N.C., with three sessions in June; and Calvary Baptist Church in Washington, with three sessions in June and July.
Several sessions of children’s camps will be held in June and July at Eagle Eyrie Baptist Conference Center near Lynchburg, Va.; at Camp Piankatank near Hartfield, Va.; and at Wingate University.
