Staff Changes

David Donahue, to Beale Memorial Church in Tappahannock, as pastor.

Todd Estes, to Friendship Church, Chesterfield, as pastor.

Jeff Rose, to Second Church, Martinsburg, W.Va., as pastor.

Frank G. Schwall Jr. resigning as pastor of Corrottoman Church, Lancaster.

John Farrar, to Orange Church, Orange, as interim pastor.

Dee Whitten, to Chestnut Grove Church, Earlysville, as interim pastor.

Ordination

Ted Nelson Tussey, minister of facilities, outreach and senior adults at Cool Spring Church, Mechanicsville, was ordained to the gospel ministry by the church on July 24.

Church News

Antioch Church, Unionville, plans homecoming services Aug. 21, with Charles Anderson as guest speaker.

Bethel Church, Fredericksburg, will hold homecoming Aug. 21 with former pastor Ronald Barton as guest speaker.

Bethel Church, Reva, will hold revival services Aug. 14-17 with Roger Roller as guest evangelist.
Cool Spring Church, Mechanicsville, will host a gospel concert featuring the Sons of Praise from Lynchburg on Aug. 14 at 7 p.m.

Gourdvine Church, Rixeyville, will hold revival services Aug. 14-16 with Lance McClure as guest evangelist.

Liberty Chapel Church, Appomattox, will hold revival services Aug. 21-24 with Roger Roller as guest evangelist.

Pamunkey Indian Church in King William is celebrating its 140th anniversary on Aug. 21. Revival with Clayton Custalow begins at 11 a.m. followed by a homecoming dinner. An anniversary service at 2 p.m. will include music by the Custalow Brothers and messages by former pastors. Revival services continue through Aug. 24 at 7:30 p.m.

Round Hill Church, King George, will hold homecoming and revival Aug. 21-24. Charles Roesel will be guest speaker. Groundbreaking for its new building will also take place.

Trinity Church, Bedford, will celebrate homecoming Aug. 21 with Gale Lyon as guest speaker. Dinner on the grounds will follow the morning service.
