The following changes will be presented at the annual meeting of Woman's Missionary Union of Virginia on Nov. 7, 2008, at Eagle Eyrie Conference Center during the business session at 2-3:30 p.m.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by a board of directors, called the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall consist of President; Vice-president/Secretary; Executive Director/Treasurer, four (4) members at large: five (5) Advisory Board representatives; and one (1) representative each of the CrossRoads Camp and Conference Center Commission (“Commission”) and the Leadership Development Council (“Council”) as deemed appropriate by the By Laws and the policy of the Board of Trustees of the Corporation.
There are a total of fourteen (14) directors on the Board of Trustees who shall be elected as follows: the Executive Director/Treasurer, who shall be elected by the membership and serve as a non-voting, ex officio member; two-thirds (which equals six Trustees, including the President and Vice President/Secretary) shall be elected by the membership; and the remaining seven (7) Trustees shall be appointed by the appropriate Advisory Board, Council and Commission in accordance with the By Laws.
