How to Become A Christian in Seven Days, actor Russell Brand’s story of finding faith, is among the first books published by Tucker Carlson’s new publishing imprint.
Tucker Carlson Books was created in partnership with Skyhorse Publishing, the conservative imprint that published Melania, the First Lady’s memoir, and other right-wing titles.
The website for Tucker Carlson Books says it was created “to bypass the censors and bring you things that are actually worth reading and sharing.”
The conservative commentator who was fired from Fox News now operates his own online show and recently parted ways with Donald Trump, whom he accused of committing crimes against humanity. However, Carlson and both publishing companies still swim in the same MAGA waters as Trump.
On Carlson’s publishing website he’s selling The Great Awakening by Alex Jones, The Bush Crime Family by Roger Stone, The Clintons’ War on Women by Roger Stone, and I Went to Prison So You Won’t Have To by Roger Navarro, a former senior adviser to Trump who was sentenced to prison time for contempt of Congress after failing to testify about his role in the events of January 6.
Brand is a controversial person not only because of his past but because of his conversion story and association with Trump troubadour Sean Feucht.
Another upcoming title is Ex Gay by Milo Yiannopoulos, a former editor at Breitbart News who gained international notoriety for claims that sex between 13-year-old boys and adults could be “perfectly consensual.”
Tucker Carlson Books plans to release 24 titles a year, Skyhorse Publisher Tony Lyons told The New York Times. He also said Carlson will write a foreword to each book published by the imprint, and the Tucker Carlson Network will promote the books across its platform.
