PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH.  Baptist Seminary of Kentucky seeks a president with imagination, humility, discipline, and personal strength to advance its mission and galvanize constituencies around a vision rooted in its heritage and relevant to the needs of the 21st century. She/he will be expected to lead strategic planning initiatives, expand the financial base through fundraising and partnerships, as well as donor development, provide strong financial management, facilitate student recruitment, enhance BSK’s visibility, and amplify the institution’s ecumenical, Baptist identity. The ideal candidate will be a team builder committed to collaborating with the trustees, faculty, and staff to implement a vision. Preferred candidates will have a terminal degree, a background in theological education, and experience in a local church. MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR. First Baptist Church, Zachary, La., is searching for a full-time Media/Communications Director to join our ministry team. The Media and Communications Director contributes to engaging worship services and resources staff and volunteers for ministry by maintaining, installing, and repairing the lighting, video, and sound systems operated by the media volunteer staff.  This role will also assist in training volunteers to fulfill roles in these areas across all of FBC Zachary’s ministries for both the weekend worship, midweek events, and special worship experiences throughout the year.  This person will be the primary contact for all tech support calls for all venues. FULL-TIME CHILDREN’S MINISTER. Mt.
