Chrissy Tatum Williamson is the Associate Minister at Myers Park Baptist Church. She is a graduate of Furman University (B.A.), Wake Forest University School of Divinity (M.Div), and Union (New York) Theological Seminary (M.A.). In addition to teaching and preaching, the heart of her work is the creation and implementation of the “Awakening Series,” a year-long model for church-wide contextual faith formation. The first three years of curriculum include Awakening to Racial Injustice, Awakening to Immigrant Injustice and the forthcoming Awakening the Body series.
