Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond has a record number of students enrolled this semester, according to Ellen Gwathmey, the school's registrar.
“For the second semester of the 2004-05 school year, we have 325 students enrolled for classes,” she announced. This is the largest enrollment in the 14-year operating history of the school. “This is the total number of individuals registered for at least one course. Although only a few more than the previous record, it is, nevertheless, the most ever,” Gwathmey added.
BTSR opened for classes in the fall of 1991 with 32 students.
