This individual must be passionate about Jesus and have a strong calling to youth ministry. • College degree
• Master of divinity or equivalent is preferred
• At least 5 years experience as a Youth Pastor in a multi-staff church

• Excellent relational skills with youth
• Able to work well with other members of a large church staff
