Passport Inc., an ecumenical student ministry with ties to the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, is releasing a free app for daily devotionals on iPad, iPhone and other iOS devices. The app draws from the same content and writers as Passport’s d365.org devotional website for youth and young adults.
Reflecting on a new theme each week and based on the Revised Common Lectionary, d365 aims to inspire readers to live a relevant faith in a changing and complex world. Mobile users will have access to the same five devotional steps available on the website — Pause, Listen, Think, Pray and Go.
The app complements a newly redesigned website and includes new features such as variable font sizes, access to archived devotions and reminder notifications. For mobile users on other platforms, d365’s mobile site allows for responsive viewing on any device.
d365.org has provided daily devotionals since 2006 and is sponsored by the CBF, Presbyterian Church (USA) and Episcopal Church. Special series highlight the seasons of Advent and Lent and the transition from summer to a new school year. The ministry hosts nearly two million visitors annually.
