50TH ANNIVERSARY: First Baptist Church of South Boston celebrated the 50th anniversary of Alice Satterfield as administrative secretary on July 12. A luncheon was held in her honor. • Crossroads Community Church, Troy, has moved to its new worship and mission center in the Liberty Park complex at 5578 Richmond Road in Zion Crossroads. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Aug. 13. Bruce Hunter is pastor.
