Three Virginia pastors from rural, small town and urban settings joined well-known pastor/speaker Leith Anderson to share experiences at the Virginia Baptist Pastors Conference last month.
Anderson and the Virginia pastors discussed the dynamics of change in each of their settings and offered a variety of responses.
Pastors attending the conference also elected officers for the organization: Mark Croston, pastor of East End Baptist Church in Suffolk, president; Michael Jordan, pastor of Mulberry Grove Baptist Church in Buckingham, vice president; and Wayne Collis, pastor of Gordonsville Baptist Church, treasurer.
