A variety of construction mission opportunities are available for Virginia Baptists this year, says the project ministries coordinator for the Virginia Baptist Mission Board.
“If your men's group or church mission group is looking for a mission experience in Virginia this year please look at these possibilities, which include requests from churches, colleges, camps and other ministry partners,” said Jim George, who also coordinates disaster relief for the Mission Board. “You can see these requests on our web site at http://www.vbmb.org/glocalmissions/MOPS04.cfm.”
George highlighted two of the many construction projects available:
• Orchard Drive Baptist Church in Bassett is looking for teams to help roof its education wing.
• Bluefield College is looking for teams to help renovate a missionary house on campus.
