INSTALLATION: Timothy Neal Madison was installed as the third pastor of Mechanicsville Baptist Church on Oct. 18. He had served as pastor of the Madison Heights Baptist Church, Madison Heights, for 16 years. He was recently elected president of the Baptist General Association of Virginia.
