Vatican Expresses ‘Concern’ Over Cardinal Zen Arrest For Ties To Pro-Democracy Fund

The Vatican said it expressed “concern” after 90-year-old outspoken Cardinal Joseph Zen was arrested Wednesday in Hong Kong on charges he had endangered China’s national security.
