The members of James River Baptist Church have been practicing multi-generational missions. Since last Thanksgiving, members have produced meals for shut-ins and the homeless. Baskets of food have been given to help others. Mailbox posts have been made for those whose posts have been damaged due to vandalism or age. The youth rang the Salvation Army bell at the local mall. The church bus was loaded to capacity with clothes, blankets, toys and food and delivered to the Bland Ministry Center. The seven county fire stations were served Christmas dinner. Lap blankets were handmade and delivered to a convalescent home where the church conducts Sunday School. These photos show James River members and their ministry partners involved in these projects.
