STAFF CHANGES

Olin S. Byrum, resigning as pastor of Covenant Baptist Church, Gastonia, N.C.

Jim Dean, concluding his tenure as pastor of The Summit Church, Sylva, N.C.

Jennifer McQueen, resigning as music minister at Covenant Baptist Church, Gastonia, N.C.

Hans Murdock, to The Culpeper, a LifeSpire of Virginia (formerly Virginia Baptist Homes) continuing care retirement community in Culpeper, Va., as chaplain. In a collaborative effort between The Culpeper and Culpeper Baptist Church, he will also serve as senior adult minister at the church.

Luke Overstreet, to Rosalind Hills Baptist Church, Roanoke, Va., as minister of youth and children.

T. Thomas, to The Summit Church, Sylva, N.C., as interim pastor, effective Sept. 25.

Natalie Webb, to Covenant Baptist Church, San Antonio, Texas, as pastor.

Ben Wolpert, now serving as chief operating officer at HigherGround Advisors, formerly the Baptist Foundation of Texas. Previously he was its senior vice president of finance and administration. 

RETIREMENT

Trudy Pettibone, retiring as pastor of Burnt Hills (N.Y.) Baptist Church, effective Sept. 30.
