Jeremy Dudley, to First Baptist Church, Argyle, Texas, as worship pastor.

Jered Gregory, to First Baptist Church, Denton, Texas, as university pastor.

Sean Harmon, concluding his tenure as pastor of administration and mission at First Baptist Church, Ashland, Va.

Enron Henry, concluding his tenure after 12 years as assistant director of communications for the Baptist World Alliance.

Jan Holton, to Duke Divinity School, Durham. N.C., as associate professor of the practice of pastoral theology and care, effective July 1.

Chester Howell, to First Baptist Church, Tarentum, Pa., as interim pastor.

Scott Jackson, to Calvary Baptist Church, Little Rock, Ark., as pastor. He comes from the pastorate of Fellowship Church, Arkadelphia, Ark.

Josh Karl, to Spring Hill Baptist Church, Mobile, Ala., as student and college pastor.

Nat Kurzer, to Cornerstone Baptist Church, Warrenton, Va., as worship and youth pastor.

Darron D. McKinney Sr., to Bright Hope Baptist Church, Philadelphia, Pa., as pastor.

Lex Moore, to Fairfax Circle Baptist Church, Fairfax, Va., as pastor of youth and discipleship.

Will Raybon, to First Baptist Church, Greenville, S.C., as associate youth minister.

Jenna Sullivan, to Magnolia Road Baptist Church, Jonesboro, Ark., as associate pastor, effective July 1.

Alena Vaughn, to Sugar Land (Texas) Baptist Church, as associate pastor of missions.

 

 

RETIREMENTS

Mike Massar, retiring as coordinator for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Louisiana.

Ralph Prinkey, retiring as pastor of Penn Hills Baptist Church, Pittsburgh, Pa.

Jim Steiner, retiring as senior pastor of The Summit Church, Boise, Idaho, effective Sept. 16.

John Turnage, retiring as pastor of First Baptist Church, Loveland, Colo.

 

ORDINATIONS

Dallas Flippin, ordained to ministry on March 18 by Brookfield Baptist Church, Immanuel, Wis.

Jessica Jasper, ordained to ministry by Living Faith Baptist Fellowship, Elizabethtown, Ky., on May 20.

Ossie McKinney, ordained to ministry on June 2 by Divine House of Praise and the McAfee School of Theology, Atlanta, Ga.

Alena Vaughn, ordained to ministry by Southland Baptist Church, San Angelo, Texas, on June 3.

 

DEATH

William Chappell Brantingham, 91, died May 2 in Hamilton, Ohio. During his ministry he served as pastor of First Baptist Church, Cranbrook, British Columbia; Oakview First Baptist Church, Winnipeg, Manitoba; First Baptist Church, Atwood, Ill., Grand Prarie Baptist Church, Marion, Ohio; First Baptist Church, Conneaut, Ohio; and pastor of visitation at First Baptist Church, Hamilton, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Bertha Mae; two sons, Stephen Paul and Daniel Harlan; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.ring as pastor of Arlington (Wash). Baptist Church.
