ASSOCIATE PASTOR FOR YOUTH AND CHILDREN. Auburn First Baptist Church in Auburn, Alabama, is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor for Youth & Children. AFBC is affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. The Associate Pastor will focus on developing relationships, programs and activities for youth and children, while working closely with the church committees associated with these groups. Our congregation desires that our youth and children have age-appropriate experiences which contribute to faith development, community building, and service to others. The primary responsibility will be to the youth ministry (60%), while upholding a deep commitment to the children’s ministry (40%).
