DEATHS
James Charles Dalton, 51, died Feb. 26 in Nampa, Idaho, from complications from a kidney transplant. He was pastor of Community Baptist Church, Melba, Idaho. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie; sons, Zane, Jace and Owen; and mother, Joyce Dalton.
Hazel Ann Roper, 77, died March 17 in Berwick Maine. She was pastor of Plainfield Community Church, Plainfield, N.H., for 10 years, an associate executive/field minister for the American Baptist Churches of New York State for 13 years and field service representative for the Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board for 10 years. She is survived by her brother-in-law, George Simonian; and nieces and nephews.
